Tammy, age 52, died at Good Samaritan Society-Ottumwa. She was the daughter of William and Beulah (Byers) Barbour. She graduated from Indian Hills Community College with a degree in geriatric nursing. She married Brian Guffey in August 1997. Survivors include her husband, Brian, her sons, Tony Hinton, Dustin Hinton, and Nathan Hinton, seven grandchildren, her mother, Beulah Hoeft, her father, and her siblings, John Barbour, Tom Barbour, and Cindy VanHorn. She was preceded in death by an infant brother. Funeral services were held at Reece Funeral Home. Burial was in Highland Cemetery in Eddyville.
