Funeral services will be noon Tuesday at the Pennsboro Apostolic Church, 586 Northwest Turnpike, Pennsboro, WV for Patty A. Reed who passed away Thursday morning at St. Elizabeth Medical Center.
Patty was born September 15, 1948 in West Union, WV a daughter of Paul H. and Helen P. (Perine) Smith.
Patty graduated from Doddridge County High School in 1966 and retired as a nurse's aid from Lake Milton Quality Care.
She loved spending time with her family.
Patty will be sadly missed by her mother of West Union, WV; four children: Tammy Greathouse and her fiancé Mark Travis of Salem, WV, Teresa Reed and her fiancé Donny Sullivan of Berlin Center, William Reed of Berlin Center, and Melinda Reed of Salem, OH; two sisters: Paulette Rowe and Sharon Russell both of West Union, WV; four grandchildren Michaela, Austin, Preston, and Parker; and her companion and friend Lyle "Buck" Bennett.
Patty is preceded in death by her father, a daughter Angela Reed-Baer and two brothers: Randy and Terry Smith.
