Caitlin Paige Cornett, age 20, of Happy, KY passed away on Jan. 15, 2013. She is the daughter of Dwayne Cornett and the late Tammy Renee Fields Cornett. She is also preceded in death by her maternal grandparents: Carol & Otis Fields and one half sister: Cortney Renee Smith. She is also survived by paternal grandparents: Jackie & Doris Cornett; one son: Jaydien B. Miller; one sister: Brittany Rose Corentt; one brother: Zachary Dwayne Cornett and a host of aunts, uncles, family & friends.
