Mr. Osborne was a native of Florence, Alabama, raised in Tennensee, and had lived in Indiana and South Carolina for most of his life. He had lived in Eatonton for the past two years. Son of the late Theodore and Velma Louise Harmon Osborne, he was preceded in death by his son Robert Joseph Osborne and sister Sally Osborne. He was a member of Lake Country Baptist Church and a Veteran of the United States Air Force.
He is survived by his children, Andrea Dorsey of Eatonton, Patricia (Bernie) Agee of Sugar Hill, Michael (Tracy) Osborne, and Jon (Cammie) Osborne; the mother of his children Dorothy Osborne all of McDonough; 14 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; brother William Osborne of TN; sister Patricia Osborne of Indiana; many nieces and nephews; friend Tim Convoer of SC and a treasured companion Mr. Nosey.
