CHARLESTON — Mark William Dougherty, 53, died November 1, 2006 in Plymouth, Mass. He was the son of Gerard James Dougherty (deceased) and Ann Burney Johnson Dougherty of Charleston. Notification is announced by Richardson Funeral Home of Marion.
Mark spent his early school years in Westchester County, New York, and later school years in Charleston, before graduating from the College of Charleston. He was successful in sales and talented in music and the arts.
His is survived by his mother, his brother, James "Jim" Bryan Dougherty and his wife Gwyn Jones of Washington, DC and his dear friend and companion Stamie Perryman of Plymouth, Mass.
