Leah Marie Anderson, age 7, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Thursday, January 10, 2013. A funeral mass was held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marietta, GA with Father John Walsh and Father Mark Starr officiating. Interment followed at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park.

Born in Marietta, Leah was a second grade student at St. Joseph Catholic School.

Leah was preceded in death by her grandfather, Robert Donald Roberts. Survivors include her parents, Rona Dominique Roberts and Alvin Frederick Anderson, Jr. of Dallas, GA; maternal grandmother, Constance E. Roberts of Marietta; paternal grandparents, Edith Anderson of Cleveland Heights, OH and Alvin F. Anderson Sr. of Atlanta; maternal aunts and uncles, Marise C. James of St. Croix, USVI, Danielle N. Ruth of Stone Mountain, GA, Lana L. Lopez of Milton, MA, Michael Roberts of Nebraska, Steven Roberts of Virginia, Stacey B. Espinosa of Lithonia; Angelo P. Espinosa of St. Croix, USVI and Robert H. (Lanel) Roberts, II of St. Augustine, FL; paternal uncles, Christian G. Anderson and Michael D. Anderson of Cleveland Heights, OH; Numerous Cousins and Special Friends, Nicki, Percy and Joy Ivey.

Leah's family would like to give a special thank you to the staff, doctors and nurses at the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorder Center at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
