CARLISLE Jason Russell Ritter, 17, Dickinson Twp., died Friday in Hershey Medical Center from injuries received in a train accident Thursday.
He would have been a junior at Carlisle Senior High School this fall.
Surviving are his mother, Candi Jo Decker Ritter Yinger, with whom he lived; his father, Larry R. Ritter of Carlisle; a brother, Benjamin J., at home; his paternal grandfather, Benjamin W. Ritter of Mount Holly Springs; his paternal grandmother, Isabel C. Karper of Carlisle; his maternal grandfather, James E. Decker of Elizabethtown; and his maternal grandmother, Fernanda Glass of Lancaster.
Memorial services will be held at 10: 30 a.m. Wednesday in Ewing Brothers Funeral Home. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
