Betty Pearl McNabb, 85, longtime resident of Flagstaff, died Jan. 14, 2013 at the Olivia White Hospice Home.

Visitation will be Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m., at the Norvel Owens Mortuary, 914 E. Route 66.

A second visitation will be held Monday afternoon, noon to 1 p.m., followed by the funeral service at 1 p.m., at Northern Arizona Church of Christ, 2203 N. East St.

Interment at Citizens Cemetery will conclude services. Arrangements are under the direction of Norvel Owens Mortuary.

Betty Pearl McNabb, 85, of Flagstaff, Arizona passed away on January 14, 2013.

Betty was born in Glendale, California on May 12, 1927 to Otis and Dona Bass. Betty was married to Louie Estes McNabb on July 26, 1948 in Tucumcari, New Mexico; they were married 34 years.

Betty worked as a waitress for Miz Zips when the family moved to Flagstaff in 1962. Betty and Louie owned McNabb Trucking where Betty did everything from bookkeeping to truck driving. She enjoyed bowling and was active in leagues and tournaments for nearly 50 years and was also a member of Arizona Bowlerettes.

She was actively involved with her church, Northern Arizona Church of Christ for 50 years. Miss Betty was a friend to all and was known as Grandma Betty to many. Visitation will be on Sunday, January 20th from 6pm to 8pm at Norvel Owens Mortuary. The funeral service will be held at 1pm on Monday, January 21st at Northern Arizona Church of Christ. Terry Haynie will be officiating.

Burial will follow the funeral at Citizens Cemetery.

Betty is survived by three sons, Howard (Tammy), Wayne (Robbie) and David (Dorrean), one daughter, Betty Lynn Toloskiewich (Jim), 8 Grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren, 5 Great-Great Grandchildren, and 4 Sisters, 3 brothers, and other family and friends.

Betty is preceded in death by her husband, Louie Estes McNabb, Grandson James Howard McNabb, Great-Great Grandson Kadyn Jay Bolden, five brothers and two sisters.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Northland Hospice, P.O. Box 997, Flagstaff, AZ 86002 OR Northern Arizona Church of Christ, 2203 N East St, Flagstaff, AZ 86004.
