Scott E. Hickman, 50, of Wellington, formerly of Jamesburg, passed away at 11:40 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013, at Provena United Samaritans Medical Center.
He was born Dec. 18, 1962 in Danville, the son of Wilbur "Tack" and Charlene "Chuckie" Stout Hickman. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and a granddaughter, Alyssa Morgan Peaslee. He married Phyllis Griffith on March 19, 1994 in Danville. She survives.
He also is survived by two daughters, Amber Hickman and Autumn (Charlie) Hahne; five sons, Marshall (Amy) Peaslee, Matt (Ashley) Peaslee, Mark (Ashley) Peaslee, Morgan Peaslee and Austin Hickman; 13 grandchildren; one brother, Ed (Becki) Hickman; one sister, Shelly (Rick) Garnica and several nieces and nephews.
