Composer. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, he was an orchestrator best remembered for his work at Walt Disney Studios. His many film credits included "The Great Locomotive Chase" (1956), "One Hundred and One Dalmatians" (1961), "Bon Voyage!" (1962), "That Darn Cat!" (1965), "The Boatniks" (1970) and "The Wild Country" (1970). He also wrote the scores for the TV series documentary "Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color" (1963 to 1969) and "Hog Wild: Part 2" (1974). He died at age 65 in Sherman Oaks, California.
