(According to his parents' family Bible as well as his death certificate, Frank was born 03 Mar 1872, not 1873. The 1900 Armed Forces census--when Frank was stationed in the Philippines--has the March 1872 date as well. The headstone is undoubtedly in error).

(Also, certain census entries show him as being born in NJ or NY, but his parents' family Bible shows his true birth place as Wilmington, DE).
