Randall is survived by his parents, Arvel Steve Hughes II and Peggy Arlene Davis, both of Lockesburg, Arkansas; one sister, Rebecca Hughes of Camden, Arkansas; two brothers, Lloyd Hughes of Saratoga, Arkansas and Arvel Steve Hughes III of Lockesburg; his grandmother, Elna Davis of Hanford, California and a number of aunts and uncles.
Graveside Funeral Services for Randall will be held at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, January 19, 2013 in the Belleville Cemetery with Elder Jerry Brazeal officiating, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in De Queen.
