Daughter of Clarence L. and Lillie M. Freeman Ousley. Barbara resided in Alvin, Texas from 1974 until moving to Franklin, Texas in 2007. She was an avid sewer and wonderful Grandmother that loved to raise her grandchildren. She was the kind of person that lived to care for her family. Her sons believe she was the hardest working women they had ever seen.
