Mrs. Irick, whose maiden name was Nutter, was born in Forest township, and in 1883 was married to John Plunkett, who died in 1908. Later she was married to Daniel Irick, who died in 1932.
Paul Plunkett of Mulberry is a grandson and Miss Katie Irick and Wilbert Irick of Rossville and Simon Irick of Colfax are step-children of Mrs. Irick.
