Death Takes Ada Mae Collins

Mrs. Ada Mae Collins passed away at the Basler Rest Home in Santa Ana on Saturday, December 10th.
She was born in Tennessee Jan. 25, 1892, but had lived in Mojave from 1962 until a few months ago when she went to Santa Ana to live in the rest home. Services were at the Assembly of God Church in Mojave on December 13th with Reverend Jack Countryman officiating. Interment was in Mojave Cemetery.
Mrs. Collin's husband passed away in 1962. Survivors include four sons, Berl and Harold Collins of Mojave, John of Pittsburg and Eugene of Lomita; four daughters, June Thomas and Fern Cook both of Mojave; Jewel Farrell of Stockton and Colleen Deckert of Santa Ana; and nineteen grandchildren.
