He was a graduate of the former J.W. Cooper High School, Shenandoah, attended Bucknell University, Lewisburg, for two years and graduated from New York University.
He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II, serving from 1942 to 1945 and was stationed in England.
He was the owner and operator of the former L.J. Davison Furniture Store, Shenandoah.
He was a member of Oheb Zedeck Synagogue, Pottsville.
He enjoyed reading The New York Times and Barron Magazine. He was a stock investor, loved golf, cigars and good scotch.
He was preceded by two brothers, Sydney and Jules Davison; and a sister, Ruby Fogel.
