COLLINS - Arthur Sr., aged 63, died at his daughters home, following a stroke three weeks ago. He was a well known South Jersey farmer, he also served on the township committee and was a member of the Board of Education. Survived by his wife, Emily Coles Collins; three children, Mrs. Kathryn Stackhouse, Arthur Jr., and Byron; a sister, Mrs. Kathryn Pancoast; and two brothers, Irving and Lester.
