Amherst-Urho W. Penttilla, 46 of 6601 Ridgeland Dr. died yesterday at 10:40 p.m in Crile Veterans Hospital, Cleveland. He had been a patient there three weeks.
Mr. Penttila was born Mar. 20, 1911 in Daisy Town, Pa., and had lived in Amherst two years. He was formerly employed as an inspector at the National Tube Co.
The only survivor is a brother, William, Amherst. His mother Mrs. Anna Juhala died Aug. 30, 1956.
Friends will be received at the Emmerich Funeral Home where services will be Saturday at 4 p.m. The Rev. T. Vainonen pastor of Bethel Baptist Church, Painesville, will officiate. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery, Amherst.
