OCEANSIDE -- Frank was born July 11, 1941 in Los Angeles, California to Art and Mildred ("Millie") Comstock. He passed away December 8, 2012 at his Oceanside home.
A 1959 graduate of Claremont High School in Claremont, Calif., he was a Marine and Vietnam veteran. He was active in his church, Theater and researching genealogy.
Frank is survived by sons, Michael, John and George; daughter, Deborah (King); and 15 grandchildren.
An interment ceremony will be held at 9am, on Monday, December 17, at the Riverside National Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Grace Anglican Church in Oceanside, Calif.
