Lillie L. Schrum, 77, a 25 year resident of Mojave, passed away at Kern General Hospital on March 16, 1960 from natural causes.
Information concerning her activities here was extremely scarce, but it was learned she was active in the Assembly of God Church. She also worked on the Marine Base during World War II.
Survivors include two sons, Beamon of Boron and Charles of Las Vegas; one daughter, Beatrice Downey of Mojave. There are also five grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
Services were held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 19 at the Assembly of God Church with Rev. Ralph Coe officiating.
Interment was in Mojave District Cemetery with Turner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
