BUNKIE - Services for Donald Louis Gauthier will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday in St. Anthony Catholic Church with the Rev. Joseph Montalbano officiating. Burial will be in Pythian Cemetery under direction of Melancon.

Gauthier, 48, of Bunkie died at 11:45 p.m. Tuesday in Bunkie General Hospital.

He was a security guard at Bunkie General Hospital. He was a member of the U.S. Army Reserve and the National Guard.

Survivors include his wife, Florence O'nishea Gauthier of Bunkie; one son Travis Gauthier of Bunkie; one daughter Kelly Brouillette of Marksville; his mother, Cecile Marcotte of Bunkie; five brothers, Wade Marcotte Jr., Lester Marcotte, Edward Marcotte and Gerard Marcotte, all of Bunkie, and Durwood Marcotte of Marksville; seven sisters, Betty Deville, Carol Ducote, Christine Dupree and Beulah Vaughn, all of Bunkie, Barbara Courville of Baton Rouge, jerry Benetti of Biloxi, Miss., and Janie Seymour of Houston, Texas; and three grandchildren.

A Christian wake service will begin at 6:30 today in the funeral home.

Friends may call in the funeral home from 1:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. until shortly before time of services Friday.
