Deb was born Nov. 6, 1960, in Peoria, Ill., to James and Leota Newell Vaughan.
Surviving are her mother, Leota (Jack) Cunningham of East Peoria, Ill.; life partner, Lonnie Beach of Creve Coeur, Ill.; son, Brandon (Ashley Wagner) Vaughan of East Peoria, Ill.; two daughters, Sarah (Kyle Patterson) Vaughan of East Peoria, Ill., and Emily (Chris Lambert) Vaughan of Creve Coeur, Ill.; three grandchildren, Kamron, Landon and Makena, all of East Peoria; two brothers, Ron (Cheryl) Vaughan of Eureka, Ill., and Randy Vaughan of East Peoria, Ill.; two sisters, Teresa (Jack) Kazense of East Peoria, Ill., and Tammi (Ron) Miller of East Peoria, Ill.; and several nieces and nephews.
Deb was preceded in death by her father.
Deb worked for 19 years at Morton Villa and Terrace Nursing Homes, where she was loved by all and where she cared for and loved countless residents.
Deb loved Jesus and was witness to so many miracles. She loved her family and will be sorely missed by us. Deb was a loving partner, mother, grandma, daughter and sister. She loved her Thursday sister's night and was the best fudge maker in the world. We take comfort that she is surrounded by angels.
Interment will be in Fondulac Cemetery.
