Walter H. Notely died Thursday afternoon at his home, 335 Oxford street, at the age of 52 years, 11 months and 25 days after an illness of a week.
He is survived by a wife, one son Richard, (twelve years of age)and a father W.C. Notley; two brothers, W.E. Notley and Charles of Cleveland; three sisters, Mrs. Charles L. Smith and Mrs. Ed. Chapman of Elyria and Mrs. harry Sturgeon of Toledo.
The late Mr. Notley was a member of the Methodist church; Frank S. Harmon lodge; chapter and council of Masonic lodge; E. of R.T. of Cedar Point lodge; Toledo Division of No. 26 of O.R.C.
Private services will be held at the home at one-thirty Sunday
and public services will be at two o'clock in he Sudro Funeral home and in charge of Reverend Kirby and the Masonic lodge. Burial at Crownhill cemetery in Amherst.
