Tracy Louise (Cain) Kennedy entered this life Apr. 11, 1964 in Akron, OH. She entered eternal life Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012 in Harrison, AR.
Tracy's family moved from Ohio to Carroll County a number of years ago and she attended Green Forest Schools. Tracy served as a mentor for many kids, always looking out for them and was "mothering" to everyone. She had a way of bringing out the best in kids and taught them that "to forgive was freeing". She loved and lived for her grandchildren. She enjoyed plants, angels and numerous collectables. Tracy was loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Kennedy of Green Forest; son, Eric Cain of Pennsylvania; daughter, Amber Johnson and husband Joe Johnson; mother, Lois Cain of Green Forest; granddaughter, Faith Schultz of Green Forest; grandsons, Dillon and Tyler Schultz of Lead Hill, Bryton Cain of Kansas; sister, Rose Marie Skonberg of Arizona; brothers, Brain Landin and wife Theresa of Green Forest and Carl Cain Jr. of Ohio, plus many, many friends.
She is preceded in death by one brother, Rodney Cain; grandmother, Grace Louise Landin and grandfather, Earnest John Landin.
Celebration of Life Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012 at Smith Family Funeral Home in Green Forest with Pastor Freddie Blevins officiating.
