Norma was born on May 26, 1941 in Wagoner County, OK and was the daughter of Roy and Lorene (Ketchum) Gilbert.
Norma and Ed Kilgore were united in marriage on May 19, 1958 in Muskogee, OK and he preceded her in death in 1971.
She then married Jerry Mashburn and they later divorced.
Norma was as a caregiver for most of her life. She worked at the Golden Agers in Coweta taking care of elderly people. Norma was a member of the Coweta Church of God of Prophecy.

Norma enjoyed doing craft work, painting angels, crocheting, quilting, reading books, working puzzles, playing skipbo, singing, going to garage sales and most of all she loved spending time with her grandkids and family.

Norma will be missed as a loving mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend,
