Miss Irene Fannie Adams, 72, of Lafayette, died in her home at 3 AM Sept. 13, 1977, apparently of a heart attack. A native and life resident of Lafayette, she was a member of Elston Heights Baptist Church. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Nellie Walters, with whom she made her home, and Mrs. Flora Wilson of Toledo, OH; and a brother, Henry Adams also of Toledo. Service Soller-Baker Lafayette Chapel, Sept. 15, the Rev. Charles Edwards officiating; internment Tippecanoe Memory Gardens.
