Dewey Fredrick "Trent" Weaver, IV was born on October 11, 2012, at Glenwood Hospital in West Monroe, and passed away at home on January 11, 2013.
Trent is survived by his parents, Dewey Fredrick "Trey" Weaver, III and Ashley Meredith Weaver; grandparents, Julie and Dewey Fredrick Weaver, Jr., Donna VanVeckhoven and Mike VanVeckhoven, Kathy Meredith, and Denise and John Meredith; great grandparents, Mrs. Clara Weaver, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Brister, and Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Vestal; aunts and uncles, Colby Weaver, Graham Weaver, Lydia Weaver, Truman VanVeckhoven, Connor VanVeckhoven, Trevor VanVeckhoven, Jonathon Vestal, and Joshua Vestal; numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins.
Trent gave us a lifetime of love during his short time on earth, and he will be greatly missed. "Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." Matthew 19:14
Trent's uncles will serve as pallbearers.
Services will be held at 10 A.M. on Monday, January 14, 2013, at First United Methodist Church, 3900 Loop Road, Monroe. Officiating will be Dr. Larry Stafford and Bro. Dale Walker. Interment will follow the service at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe.
