Karen Lee Copeland
Karen Lee Copeland, age 45 of Vinita, passed away Saturday, January 12, 2013.
Karen was born in Vinita on June 17, 1967 to George and Ann (Woolman) Copeland.
Karen had a lifelong battle with cerebral palsy and was wheelchair bound since the age of 15. She enjoyed watching westerns, Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen movies, being outdoors, children, and animals.
Survivors include her mother Ann Copeland, sister Teresa Copeland, brother Billy Woolman, nephews Jason Risman and Adam Cabalbag, great nephews Donovan and Paul Risman, Aunt Maxine Woolman, uncles: Albert, Bluford, and Rick Woolman, as well as numerous cousins from both the Copeland and Woolman sides.
She was preceded in death by her father George Copeland, and grandparents Dorothy and Bluford Woolman, and uncles Melton Woolman, Jimmy Thomas Woolman.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Thursday, January 17, 2013 at the Luginbuel Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Pheasant Hill Cemetery. Funeral services are under the direction of Luginbuel Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at www.honoringmemories.com
