Ruth was united in marriage to Leon Emerson Lee on May 20,1943 in Houston,Missouri. To their Union 12 childern were born.
Ruth was Member of the Eunice Baptist Church and was faithful in attending until her health and Leon's health made it difficult to attend. Ruth enjoyed listening to Leon play the guitar, spending time with her family, playing dice and card games and camping/traveling (until her health no longer permitted her to). Ruth loved living in the country and loved her dog "Peaches".
Ruth is preceded in death by her husband Leon Lee,her childern Betty Jane, Freddie Dean and Bobby Lee, 13 brother's and sister's, her parents Arthur DeWitt and Alice Prince, several son's and daughter-in-law's,several grandchildern and one sister-in law Annabelle Lee.
