Funeral services for Edgar Jackson Graham, 61 years of age, were held Monday afternoon, May 3 at 2:30 o'clock at the Christian church at Merrimac with the Rev. Rodford McDonald in charge. Burial was in the Tucker cemetery. Mr. Graham died at his home at Merrimac Saturday at 1:00 o'clock of heart trouble. Mr. Graham was a prominent farmer of that section, a native of the state, and was a member of the Christian church. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Ada Graham, and six children: Ernest Graham, Ohio; Harry Graham, Louisville; Pfc. Jackson Graham, Camp Livingston, La.; Lindsay Graham, in Australia; Jim Graham, at home; and Miss Lucille Graham, Cincinnati, Ohio. He also leaves a brother, Charles Graham, Ind., and four sisters: Mrs. Mary Wilda Sullivan, Ind., Mrs. Abe Newton, Frankfort, Mrs. Rosa Hillard, Harrodsburg, and Mrs. Jennie Tucker, Louisville. The pallbearers were: Bruce Stamp, Willie Clarkson, Hubert Rhodes, Hershall Cox, Earl Dillingham, and Oatley Mills. Flowerbearers were Mrs. Mills and Mrs. Noel.
