Mrs. Otto Beingesser

Mrs. Mildred (Quigley) Beingsesser (nee Zimmerman), 60, of Lorain, formerly of Amherst, died in Lorain Community Hospital this morning after a long illness.

Born in Lorain, Aug 28, 1915, she lived in Amherst 37 years before moving to Lorain four years ago.

Mrs. Beingesser had been employed as a cook at the Pleasant Valley Sanatarium and later at the Golden Acres Home for 24 years, retiring in 1971. She was a member of the Delaware Avenue United Methodist Church, Lorain.

Surviving are her husband, Otto, to whom she was married 15 months; six-grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; five brothers, Charles and Alfred Zimmerman, both of Lorain, James Gibson, Texas, Williard, Plymouth, Mich.,and Edward, West Salem; five sisters, Mrs. Chester (Nancy) Luman, Sycamore,, Mrs. Gordon (Lydia) Zavitz, Algonac, Mich; Mrs. Glenn (Ina) Moorman, Onaway, Mich; and Mrs. Roy (Loretta) Penson, (?). He first husband, Omer Quigley, who died in 1971, and a son, John, preceded her in death.

Friends will be received in the Hempel Funeral Home, Amherst, tomorrow from 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm.

Services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the funeral home with the Rev. Walter L. Weston, officiating. Burial will be in Brownhelm Cemetery (sic)
