passed peacefully away at her home
in Princeton at 2:30 a. m. on April 8,
aged 52 years.
Miss Galbraith was born in Becker,
Sherburne county, on August 24, 1869,
and at the age of 2 years moved,
with her parents, to Blue Hill. She
later attended school at Elk River,
hero she finished her educational
training. Thereafter she taught
school in Baldwin until failure of
health compelled her to abandon her
avocation. For a number of years
She lived in Blue Hill and 11 years
ago came to Princeton to reside. She
was in poor health for 35 years and
for 10 years an invalid but was a
patient sufferer and throughout the
period of her illness maintained a
cheerful, trusting faith, administering
cheer and sunshine to her relatives
and friends, even in the darkest
hour. She is survived by four sisters
and four brothers, namely,Alice M.
Galbraith, Princeton; Mrs. Michael
Looney, Zimmerman; Mrs. Henry C. Harris, Evergreen, Wis.;Mrs. A. L. Roberta,
Mason, Iowa; Dr.Henry Galbraith,
Wilsall, Mont.; Fred R. Galbraith,
Becker; Rev. Geo. Galbraith. Stewart,
and Dr. L. B. Galbraith, Cass Lake.
Funeral services were conducted by
Rev. Henry Nobbs on Tuesday after-
noon from the Methodist church and
he interment was at Oak Knoll.
Miss Galbraith was a lady posses-
sing a particularly sunny disposition
and was highly accomplished in her
profession. She leaves a host of
friends who will long remember her
kindly qualities and reverence her memory.
