Mrs. Reber was born February 18, 1934 in Taylorville, a daughter of Frederick and Lilia Hammell Day. She married Raymond Reber August 24, 1952 in Taylorville. Mrs. Reber was a homemaker and was affiliated with the Free Methodist Church n Taylorville.
Surviving are her husband Raymond; a son Joseph and wife Kara Reber of Taylorville, one sister Mrs. Phyllis Stiner of Moweaqua; two brothers, Paul Day of Taylorville and Donald Day of Chicago, granddaughters, Katlyn Jo and Kenzie Rayanna and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Wanda Hopson.
Visitations will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the Sutton Memorial Home. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday October 15, 1998 with the Rev. Francis Hudson officiating and burial will be at Thomas Anderson Cemetery in Palmer, Illinois.
