E. Claude Gannett
WELLINGTON-E. Claude Gannett, who would have celebrated his 69th birthday on Sunday, died Thursday night at his Winter home in Leesdale, FL of a heart attack.

He had lived in Spencer nearly all his life except for the past several Winters which were spent in Florida. He was a retired farmer.

His wife, the former Christy Hange, bringing the body to Wellington, arrives here on Sunday morning. It will then be taken to the Parker Funeral Home in Spencer. Funeral arrangements are pending arrival of the body.

Sruvivng him besides his wife are a daughter, Mrs. Evelyn Thompson of 116 Pleasant Street, Wellington; one grandson and three great granddaughters. One sister Mrs. Homer Sooy (Ella) of Penfield also survivies.
