Pamela will be remembered as a caring and loving person and never met a stranger. She loved her grandchildren and they thought the world of her. She was known for her sense of humor and kindness to all.
Pamela is survived by her son Quentin Cyrus of Lake Charles, her daughter, Michelle Veillon and husband Nicholas of Rapids City, South Dakota, six grandchildren; Cy Louis Cyrus, Jasmine Cyrus, Zachary Cyrus, Jeremy Veillon, Amber Veillon, and Dakota Veillon. She is preceded in death by her parents Edward Hicks and Ellenor Carey.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 11, 2013 at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Lakeside Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, January 10, 2013 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and again on Friday, January 11, 2013 from 9:00 AM until time of service.
