ADAMS — Deborah Ann Barclay, 9. daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Barclay, died Monday in David Grant hospital, Travis air base. Calif. She had been ill with chicken pox in Honolulu, Hawaii, where her father was stationed in the air force. She walked onto the plane in Hawaii for the trip to the mainland of the United States but lapsed into a coma. She died a few hours after being admitted to the hospital. Death was attributed to encephalitis, an inflammation of the brain. The funeral will be Sunday, with Rev. Wolcott. pastor of the Adams Methodist church, officiating. Burial will be in Ellisburg cemetery. Surviving besides her parents are grandparents Mr and Mrs George Handley, England and and grandmother Mrs Ruth Barclay. Deborah was born August 28 1958 in England a daughter of Robert and Doreen Handley Barclay.
