Funeral services for Janet Lynne McDaniel, 52, of DeLand, Florida who passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at the Hospice Care Center in Orange City, will be Friday, January 11, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of the Lankford Funeral Home. Friends may call from 1:00 P.M. until service time at the funeral home. Private graveside services will be held later at the Hollywood Cemetery in Orange City.
Ms McDaniel was born in Winter Haven, Florida and was a mortage banker with Sun Trust Bank of Central Florida. She loved animals and especially horses.
She is survived by her loving companion Russel Johnson of DeLand, FL; her son, J. Tyler McDaniel of DeLand; sister Martha and her husband Scott Oliver of Mims, FL; brothers: Kenneth and his wife Rhonda Oliver of Orange City, FL, Roderick and his wife Melanie of Georgia; and several nieces and nephews. Lankford Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
