Walter Harold Lee, Jr., of Orangeburg, SC, entered into eternal rest on the morning of January 9, 2013.

Mr. Lee was born February 9, 1939, in Orangeburg, a son of the late Walter Harold Lee, Sr., and the late Pansy Mae Joyner Lee.

He was President of Lee's Sausage Company.

Mr. Lee was a member of the First Baptist Church, the Tom Bell Sunday School Class, the Progress Masonic Lodge #356, the Edisto Shrine Club, the Omar Shrine Temple. He was also a member of the York Rite and the Scottish Rite Masons, Past Master of Progress Masonic Lodge, Past District Deputy of 7th Masonic District, treasurer of Progress Lodge and Treasurer of the York Rite, and Pork Board of South Carolina.

He was predeceased by a son, Phillip "Phil" G. Lee and a brother, Sammy T. Lee. Survivors include his wife, Wynona Thomas Lee of Orangeburg; three brothers, Ernie J. and Roberta Lee of Huntersville, NC, Freddy and Dianne Lee of Orangeburg, and Christopher S. and Jamie Lee of Norway; sister-in-law, Dianne Lee of Johnson City, TN; a number of nieces and nephews, and a number of great-nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., January 10, 2013, at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc., in Orangeburg, Masonic Rites will be at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, at Thompson Funeral Home, Inc.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m., January 11, 2013, at First Baptist Church in Orangeburg. Rev. Ryan Tucker will officiate. Burial in Crestlawn Memorial Gardens.
