SALTILLO - Billy Wayne Castleberry, 73, died Saturday, April 16, 2005, at the North Miss. Medical Center in Tupelo after an extended illness. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Baldwyn. He was a retired employee of Texaco, Inc. and was a graduate of Ole Miss. He was an Air Force veteran.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Waters Funeral Home with Bro. Dean Warren officiating.

Survivors include his wife, Sue Magers Castleberry of Saltillo; three sons, Tim Castleberry and Beth, of Baldwyn, Greg Castleberry and Julie, of Helen, Ga., and Kevin Castleberry of Saltillo; one sister, Betty Sullivan and Waymon, of Cheyenne, Wyo.; his brothers, Hubert Castleberry and Wanda, and Richard (Hollis) Castleberry and Alma, all of Popularville, Paul Castleberry and Cassie of Grand Junction, Colo., and Kelly Castleberry and Shirley of Hattiesburg; seven grandchildren; his mother-in-law, Annie Magers of Baldwyn.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his father-in-law, Alton Magers.
