Graveside services for Mr. Chester J. Miller, age 66 of Dubach will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, April 2, 2006 at Fellowship Cemetery near Dubach with the Rev. Barry Joyner officiating under the direction of Owens Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Ruston.
Mr. Miller was born on May 25, 1939 in Bernice La. to Jim Haston and Ida White Miller. He died March 31, 2006 in Arcadia after a lengthy illness. He was a maintenance worker in a gas plant for many years.
Mr. Miller is survived by his wife of 48 years, Fannie Taylor Miller; his children Glen Miller and wife Elizabeth of Arcadia, Tommy Miller and wife Susan of Keithville and Paul Miller and wife Brenda of Opelika, AL; grandchildren Ida Houck, Jenny Miller, Bonnie Miller Manna, Thomas Miller, Jessica Miller, Ronnie Friend, Wendy Stevens, Brian Friend, and Joey Ferguson; great grandchildren Shelby, Isaac, Ryan and Taylor; and one sister Hazel Bracknell. He was preceded in death by one grandson
