Jeanette Lindsey Wallace, age 70, of Wattsburg, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 6, 2013 at her home. She was born September 25, 1942, in Westfield, N.Y., daughter of the late Lewis and Dorothy Van Giesen Lindsey.
Jeanette went to Spartansburg High and had worked at Snap-tite, Inc. in Union City off and on for 30 years. She had also worked at Erie County Plastics. Jeanette enjoyed being outside in her flower beds and working in the garden. She also loved music and had a gift to be able to play almost any instrument and pick out a tune. She was a member of Harbor Creek Baptist Church.
Jeanette is lovingly survived by her husband of 39 years, Delroy Wallace.; her daughter Robin of Wattsburg; a step-daughter, Cindi Erdman of Florida; two granddaughters, Lyndsay Wallace of Wattsburg and Laura Erdman of Florida; one sister, Sandra Cmiel (John) of Bear Lake and one brother, Gaylord Lindsey (June) of Spartansburg; many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at Harbor Creek Baptist Church, on Thursday from 2 p.m. until the Funeral Service there at 5 p.m. conducted by Rev. David Roach. Interment will be held privately at North East Cemetery.
