Funeral services for Mildred Boucher Fulford, 84, who died September 8, 2010, will be held Thursday at 2:00 PM in the chapel of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4747 Main Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206 with Rev. Rodney Echols officiating. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home. Mrs. Fulford was born in Bladenboro, North Carolina and was a resident of Jacksonville, Florida since 1955. She was a member of West Bladenboro Baptist Church and also attended North Jacksonville Baptist Church. She had retired from Ryder P.I.A. Truck Lines after many years and was active in the Bladenboro Historic Society. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 47 years, the late Lenton J. Fulford, daughter, Vonnell Fulford Leone and grandson, Robert Ivey Boucher. Survivors include her 2 sons, David Gordon Boucher and Jimmy J. Fulford (Thelma); daughter-in-law, Gayle Boucher Lovell (Jack); 1 brother, James Ivey (Ruth); 5 grandchildren, David Glenn Boucher (Courtney), Jessica Boucher-Stith (Don), James Boucher, Brandon Fulford, and Cameron Leone; 13 great grand- children.
