Anthony Christopher Perez, 34, passed away on August 2, 2006 at YRMC in Yuma.
Anthony was born September 4, 1971 in Yuma, and graduated from YHS. Anthony worked at David Drew Trucking in Salinas, California. He was a member of the Ghouls Car Club and the Immaculate Conception Church.
Anthony is survived by his mother, Sonia Ballard; brother, Tim Ballard; sister, Lauren Ballard; grandparents, Dolores and Raul Sepulveda and Helen and Carlos Chaparro; great-grandmother, Jesus Sigala; father, Daniel O. Perez; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A visitation will be held at Johnsons Mortuary, Tuesday, August 8, 2006 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with Rosary at 7 p.m. The funeral services will commence on Wednesday, August 9, 2006 at 10 a.m. with Deacon Mike Williams from Immaculate Conception Church officiating. Final resting will be at Desert Lawn.
