From family bible: Dr. Archibald and Henrietta Maria's first child was a daughter Anna, born about 1846. Nothing more is known. It looks as though the Malloys lost both their daughters in childhood. Archibald and Henrietta Maria both die in 1864 and their youngest daughter Henrietta in 1865.
