Born Dec. 16, 1898, in Jefferson
Township, Carroll County, he was the
son of William A. and Frances Scott
Million. He was married Feb. 25, 1920,
to Minerva Fowler, who survives.
A retired farmer and a former
director of the Farmers Elevator,
Million farmed in Jefferson Township
until he moved to Monticello in 1949. He
was a member of the Oak Grove
Christian Church and served as church
trustee for 54 years. He was also a
former elder and treasurer of the church.
Surviving with the wife are two sons,
Pat Million of Monticello and Richard
Million of Delphi; one daughter, Alice
Cox of Monticello; eight grand children;
and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were at 11 a.m.,
today, Wednesday, at the Miller-
Voorhis Funeral Home, Monticello,
with the Rev. Clark Shearer officiating.
Burial was in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
