He was born in Radford on June 1, 1967. He was an employee of Foster & Hailey Inc. of Winston-Salem, N.C.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, at 2 p.m. from the Stevens Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in the Thornspring Cemetery in Pulaski County.
