Olive Ruth Wright, 89, of Greenwood, Missouri, left her earthly home Friday, January 4 to be greeted in heaven by her savior and many friends and family. Private graveside services to be held at Chapel of Hope Mausoleum in Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Olive was born April 18, in Arkansas to Martha and Chet Mobley. Later, her family traveled by covered Wagon to Wyandotte, Oklahoma where she grew up. She married her childhood sweetheart, Clifford Wright, a WWII veteran, and was married for 72 years. Together, Mr. and Mrs. Wright lived throughout most of their lives in the Kansas City area. Olive Wright was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, friend and neighbor who never knew a stranger. Active in her church and known as a great cook, she enjoyed life always on the move. She was a well loved lady and will be greatly missed.
