Beulah May Blair Compton Mitchell Huffhines, of Springfield, went peacefully into the loving arms of her Savior on January 3, 2013.
Beulah was born July 15, 1929 and raised in Strafford, MO, a daughter of Hubert and Glenna Blair.
Beulah was a loving wife, devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved working in the yard with her flowers, studying the bible, and spending time with family and friends.
After being a housewife, she worked at Zenith and then retired from St. Johns (Mercy) Hospital.
Beulah and her husband Skip have traveled extensively abroad and through many states. They have many cherished family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Ailene Smith, husbands Harold Compton and Cliff Mitchell.
She is survived by her husband Frank "Skip" Huffhines, siblings Iva Lee Schriener, and David Blair (Deanna), three daughters Sheilla Morris (Jerry), Mary Wollard (John), Kathy Bullock (Henry), grandchildren, Sheri Hewitt (Chris), David Morris (Danna), Kristy Harden (Dave), Jennifer White (Mike), Shelby Bullock, and Katie Bullock, and 9 great grandchildren.
Burial will follow in Hazelwood Cemetery.
