Anne Lee Guice

CLYDE -- Anne Lee Guice, 83, of Lake Isabella, CA and formerly of Clyde, died Tuesday, May 25, 2004 in a Lake Isabella hospital.

Mrs. Guice was born June 14, 1920 in Cleveland, Florida to Tandy Nicholas and Lizzie Belle Douglas Horne. She was the widow of Floyd L. Guice, whom she married in Van Nuys, California on July 7, 1973. He preceded her in death on August 8, 1999. As a retired bookkeeper, they moved to Clyde in 1984. In 2000, she moved to Lake Isabella where she enjoyed many activities with family and friends. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Clyde.

She is survived by a son, Edward Francis Baumgartner of Reseda, CA; a daughter, Mareth Anne Watters of Bodfish, CA; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Guice was entrusted to the care of Bailey Funeral Home for burial in Abilene.
