A funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 27, 2001, in Adams Chapel in River View Cemetery for June Letitia Cooley, who died March 23 at age 83.
Mrs. Cooley was born June 1, 1917, in Marshfield*. Her maiden name was Holcom and she graduated from Hillsboro Union High School. She served in the U.S. Army Air Forces during World War II in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. She was a bookkeeper for River View Cemetery until retiring in 1984. In 1950, she married Clifford Cooley; he died in 1978.
Survivors include her daughters, Jerri Price, Wendy Lannoye and Nancy Cooley; brother, Jordan Donnelly; sisters, Harney Lorenz, Ruth Deal, Helen Gano and Irma Ewen; and two grandchildren.
